Grown Up Dad explores the evolving role of today’s fathers and what defines a good dad. By identifying outdated norms in society, Grown Up Dad intends to empower all parents and inspire change.

Joseph Gidjunis

 Joseph Gidjunis is Grown Up Dad’s Director, Producer, and Host. He is an award-winning journalist, director and entrepreneur. He started as a newspaper reporter covering complex stories and politics for regional and national papers including USA Today. For 20 years, he's led his production studio, becoming known for photographing celebrities, CEOs, and politicians. Some of his most notable work was documenting Pope Francis on his visit to the United States in 2015. He directed commercial films earning 13 Telly awards in 2020 and 2021. He is also a union set photographer in IATSE 600, and has served as a producer on the soon to be released feature, Brave the Dark. He is married to his wonderful wife, Rebecca, and they have a 8-year-old son, Gabe, and a dog, Max.

Lana Duda, Editor — Lana has a diverse range of experience in post-production working on various types of content across different platforms. She has worked with studios, agencies, and independent filmmakers on various content such as short films, episodic series, commercials, and social media.

Joshua Kagi is a Grown Up Dad’s Senior Producer. He is a producer and strategist committed to helping non-profit organizations and values-driven brands craft compelling stories. With a holistic approach, he leverages his extensive background in newsrooms, marketing agencies, government, and various mission-driven enterprises. Joshua has produced television, feature films, digital series, and live events, each designed to resonate deeply and make a significant impact.


Ziggy Gamble, Editor — Ziggy is an accomplished post-production professional with more than a decade of experience in the film industry. With a diverse background of documentary and narrative feature film editing, commercial and pharmaceutical work, he has been described as an "all-around post-production Swiss Army knife."
