Download Free Toolkits for Every Episode
Each episode of Grown Up Dad explores a different challenge facing today’s fathers—from the shifting definition of masculinity to the impact of screen time, mental health, and digital misinformation. We’ve pulled together the research, resources, and reflection questions we used to shape these conversations into free downloadable toolkits.
These guides are designed to help you dig deeper—with your kids, your partner, your workplace, and even yourself. Whether you’re just starting your parenting journey or navigating adolescence and burnout, we hope these tools help spark important, honest dialogue.

Go Deeper with Extended Interviews
Our 26-minute episodes only scratch the surface of the powerful conversations we’ve had with experts, dads, and public figures across the country. That’s why we’re releasing extended interviews—unfiltered, insightful, and sometimes hilariously honest—on our YouTube channel. New bonus content includes conversations with:
Dr. Vivek Murthy, Former U.S. Surgeon General
Richard Reeves, author of Of Boys and Men
The Dumb Dads, Kevin and Evan
Danny Freeman, creator @dannylovespasta
Patrick Murphy, former U.S. Congressman and Army veteran
Merve Lapus, VP of Common Sense Media
Watch these extended clips to hear what didn’t make it into the main episodes—and to feel a little less alone in the messiness of parenting.
